2. You will review relevant course materials: Chapter 8 and Lesson 7.
3. Based on in-text and in-class learning, you will critically evaluate the clauses of the agreement. What surprised you? Do you notice something missing?
4. Apply your learning and evaluation to construct a written report identifying the implications that the agreement holds for the tenant and the landlord.
5. Your report must follow APA formatting.
6. Your report must be at least 500 words and no more than 750 words.
