You wish to add a Picture effect to an image. How can you accomplish this?

Click the Effect icon on the Ribbon, point to Picture Effects and then choose the effect that you want.

Right$-$click the image, point to Picture Styles and then choose the style that you want.

Click the contextual Format tab on the Ribbon and then choose the effect you want from the Picture Styles group.

Click the Insert tab and then click the effect you want from the Effects group on the Ribbon.
