You'll need to put ENCODING$=$wlatin$1$ at the end of your INFILE line, since the data file contains a line with non$-$standard characters. Also, note that the various fields are separated by two or more spaces. You may find the ampersand $($&$)$ operator helpful in completing this exercise.
