Your boss has just directed you to research a topic in the area of the world food crisis that you believe is timely and relevant --- in preparation for application for a United Nations grant designed to alleviate malnutrition. You have approximately 8 weeks to complete the project at which time you will present your information/topic to a UN subcommittee.
