They also stated that these parties are becoming a weekly event and go on until the wee hours of the morning. The tenants want something done. Your client also received a phone call from the Fire Dept. explaining that at this particular party a bon fire had been started in the backyard. The tenant's friends had used pieces of the fence to feed the fire and some over hanging treeshad caught fire. The Fire Constable stated that if they had not arrived at the townhouse so quickly, it is likely the town house next door would have caught fire from the tree.
