At a minimum, your recommendation for expansion should include the following: A discussion of the current product(s) and/or service(s) provided, the companys competitive advantages, and its target market. A detailed explanation of the forecasting method(s) that could be utilized by this organization, and their appropriateness in projecting growth. A thorough analysis of the current supply chain. If applicable, analyze how the current supply chain would be affected by your recommendation, as appropriate. A discussion of any decision-making tools that could be utilized to arrive at your recommendation. Your recommendation for expansion, and the analysis to support it. An overview of how you envision the expansion to be managed, and the tools necessary to manage the project. A strategy to manage quality before, during, and after expansion. Please note that this assignment provides you with considerable latitude and opportunity for creativity. The project has been vaguely defined on purpose, and there are no right or wrong answers associated with the project.
