Your customer has called and has found base plates to be defective, they are oversize.The customer has found parts that exceed the maximum width dimension of 4.005.As a result the mating component will not fit on these base plates properly.You manufacture these base plates on four identical CNC milling machines with approximately 25% of the production coming from each machine.
