After reading the case study, students are expected to answer the following questions utilizing your learnings from this semester, in project management applying the different knowledge areas and process groups in project management.

Part 1 is to discuss this as a group and answer the following questions in a formalized report including:

2. What are the main challenges and obstacles in implementing a PMO?
3. What structures and governance mechanisms are critical to effective PMO implementation?

5. How would you structure a PMO to ensure long term success and fluidity amongst projects within the company?
