Your instructor has assigned you to work with a small group of people to complete deliverables for a project.

For this module, your group must create the Activities List with Estimated Durations and Resource Needs for your project. You must analyze each line in the WBS and list the activities necessary to complete each deliverable. Then, assign resources (people) to each activity and estimate the duration in work hours for each activity.

Work as a team to edit the document, or pass the file from one team member to the next so that everyone may contribute. It is best if the group leader copy the document into Google Doc via the Group Page. After all the group members have answered the questions, download as a Word document before attaching to this assignment. You MUST work as a team to edit the document. Every member must contribute to the assignment.

If you are not able to meet in person, consider using an online collaboration platform like Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. You can sign up on any of these collaboration applications for free. It is advisable to complete all group assignments using Google Collaboration Tools (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets), originating from your Canvas group page.

When the deliverable is complete, the group leader must attach it to this assignment and submit.
