Your job is to contribute to facilitating and participating in the WHS consultation process according to WHS legal requirements. To this effect, you need to:  Organise a consultation meeting with at least three (3) relevant stakeholders. The meeting can be face-to-face or virtual.  Identify, communicate and record the duties, rights and responsibilities of each stakeholder participating in the consultation process.
