Your manager of the IT department for your company wants to know more about OSPF and specifically how those types of routers handle neighboring routers. They have had trouble in the past reconciling those routers' states when they are next to each other and the manager wants to know how this will be handled. Use your experiences and a little research to define how those routers will work and what abilities an OSPF router has to make themselves known to other routers. This should be a minimum of one full page explaining and defining the steps/procedures and the inherent abilities of these routers. Your goal is to ease your manager's mind and help them feel comfortable with OSPF routers
