The Senior Management Team has been listening to your suggestions that an integrated management system should be implemented and certification sought for the integrated management system. However, the Senior Management Team is not fully aware of what is required to achieve this goal. Prepare a report for the Senior Management Team for its consideration an IMS manual according to the plan you prepared to integrate management system standards (Ex. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) in the previous assignment. This assignment should be a manual that address all clauses of any management systems that was applied to your previous assignment. The assignment should also include a brief explanation of how you relate stakeholders to different clauses. Refer to page 53 of your textbook. Base on your report on reasoned arguments, by analysing, comparing and evaluating requirements, research, own practices and other methods.
