Your research center in a prominent university has been approached by the Black Caucus of your state legislator asking to examine an issue that has been brought up by their constituents. Several members of a large and predominately African American community claim that there is an alarming rate of increase in cancer in their community, and they suspect it is attributed to the new cell phone towers being installed. The cell phone companies are refuting their towers are the cause. To help address this community's concern, discuss how you would go about looking into this issue and propose a potential research study, as well as the political and scientific implications of the results (such as inquiry for future research).
