Your team have been chosen by the Dean of SOHOS to be the pioneer team for the creation of the Official YouTube Channel for SOHOS of Inti International College Subang Jaya.Your team will have to submit a marketing proposal using the format structure below detailing your plans, detail explanation and reasons for your ideas.

Working together; you must suggest a minimum of 5 types of programs to be included in the channel - it should be related to the hospitality and travel business.You will also need to discuss on your recommendation / suggestion of details for the administration and launching of the SOHOS Official YouTube Channel.

i.Objectives of the Proposal

Note : Please provide at least five objectives fully explain

ii.Target Audience - short description on who is the target for the YouTube Channel

Note : Please provide at least 3 markets fully explain

iii. SWOT Analysis - to include the following :

a)Internal Strengths & Weaknesses - an analysis on the organization of INTI and SOHOS as a business organization

b)External Opportunities & Threats - an analysis on the business environment that SOHOS operates in from a political, economic, social and technological

Note: Please provide 3 points for each of the strength, weakness, opportunities & threats

iv. Marketing Program Proposal - describe at least 5 types of programs / divisions to be included in the YouTube Channel complete with the following :Explanation of what the program is

b) How will it be projected/video/seen/displayed in the YouTube

c) Who will be doing it / who is featured in it

d) Why is it included and/or Why is it important for SOHOS

e) What is the objectives of the program

f) What type of activities will be included in the video

v.Recommendation - should list all these recommendations alongwith your reasons on the following:

a) When can the channel be officially launch

b) What is the suggested link name & channel name

c) What are the plans/activities for its launch

d) Who will be the managing/administration team of the channel

e) How will the Channel page look like?
