• You have a file server that is used to store user documents. Many of the documents stored by users are related to projects that several users collaborate on and on which many users keep their own copies of the files. In addition, you use Shadow Copies for shared folders so users can easily revert files to previous editions. You also know that many users keep copies of training videos and other multimedia files. You want to reduce the amount of storage being used on your file server without making users change the way they work and store files.
