you've decided to gather up some of the more artistic employees at the park and have them help you create some posters and graphics to hang throughout the park promoting cultural sensitivity and acceptance in a very general and inclusive manner. The first step is to make a list of various cultures that you want to highlight and embrace including some of each culture's well-known norms or customs that you could promote awareness on.

Next, you will want a bit of research and come up with at least three concrete ideas for three different posters that would help to promote social and cultural awareness in general and/or about various cultures that you commonly see visit your park. You will be creating these posters digitally so make sure to keep that in mind.

The next step will be to put together some type of presentation that includes mock-ups of the posters that you envision.

Ultimately, the employees that you recruit will be helping you to create these posters and will have some level of creative freedomhowever, you want to make sure the posters stay in line with your vision and get your message of social and cultural awareness across.

Use a digital program that you feel comfortable with to make a mock-up/draft for three posters. You will also want to include a short (one-paragraph) description/explanation of each mock-up expressing the culture/cultural norms/ideas that you are trying to express with the design. Because you are not creating full-fledged, complete designs, you want to make sure that the employees you share this with will understand your thought process and vision.
