Do you think it is fair or worthwhile for companies to use such personality profiling to filter candidates in and out of consideration? For instance, if companies find their most effective sales people are Myers-Briggs ESFJs, should they automatically disqualify an otherwise effective looking/sounding candidate who tested as an INTP? Could this be considered discriminatory at some point? Explain.
