Use library resources, the Internet, and so on, to examine this individual to determine what makes (or made) this person such a good leader. In your analysis, explain this leader's traits or characteristics and the leadership skills and behaviors that contributed to his or her success. Also, attempt to identify and explain the sources of power gener- ally used by this leader. Finally, explain what you learned about this leader that you could use to help you become a more successful leader.
