Info-Systems plans to divide the project into four major areas involving the activities to support:• (1) hardware selection and installation, (2• ) batch processing development,

(3)• online processing development, and (4) conversion from the old system to the new one. Further, it feels the use of a project management system would be very beneficial in providing a more definitive estimate of the probable project completion, in controlling the project once it is under way, and in assigning personnel to the project at the appropriate times.
