Since their inception 17 years ago, EleXon computers have grown and diversified from a small unit assembling and selling computers primarily within the UK, into a much larger international company serving a much wider and more diverse market. Despite its growth, the underlying organization of the company has not changed. The inadequacy of existent systems and processes has become increasingly obvious and increasingly a source of tension within and between departments.
