In Environmental Science & Technology (Oct. 1993), scientists reported on a study of the transport and transformation of PCDD, a pollutant emitted from solid waste incineration, motor vehicles, steel mills, and metal production. Ambient air specimens were collected over several different days at two locations in Sweden: Rörvik (11 days) and Gothenburg (3 days).
