cient evidence, they agree, but apparently one is in some sort of limbo when a result fails to be significant. Comment on this stand. Does it ever seem reasonable to believe that an hypothesis such as Hq\ p. = 0 is exactly true?
If not, how could H0 be modified to make it seem reasonable that it could be exactly true?
