(b) Based solely on the sample means, would you recommend a different exercise program for men and women? Would this be reflected as a main effect or as an interaction in the factors?

(c) A portion of the analysis of variance table is shown in the bottom portion of Table 9.20. Complete the table and say which effects are significant.

(d) Separately for men and women, use Tukey’s HSD to compare the exercise programs. Within each group, use a family-wise significance level of 5%.
