Have three members of the group role-play a situation in which employees need to be reassigned because of a new product being released. One person should play the role of the lead link, one should be the employee being reassigned, and one should play the role of an employee who has an idea for what she believes is a better approach than reassigning employees. Are there principles of effective delegation that would help resolve this situation?
