If the current gain of the npn transistors is \(\beta_{n}=90\) and the current gain of the pnp transistors is \(\beta_{p}=40\), determine \(I_{C 9}, I_{C 2}\), \(I_{C 4}, I_{B 9}\), and \(I_{B 4}\). Do not neglect npn transistor base currents.
