(a) Design the circuit such that the current in a \(200 \Omega\) load can be varied between 0 and \(5 \mathrm{~mA}\) with an input voltage between 0 and \(-5 \mathrm{~V}\). Assume the op-amp is biased at \(\pm 15 \mathrm{~V}\).
(b) Using the results of part (a), determine voltage \(v_{O}\); currents \(i_{2}, i_{3}, i_{4}\); and the output current of the op-amp for \(v_{I}=-5 \mathrm{~V}\).
