structures and roles that can address long-standing and embedded problems; and

(c) a focus on trust, partnership, and dialogue that includes a broad range of voices. What capacity do you have now within your institution to tackle these steps, and what initial steps might you take at your institution to create a supportive environment for collaboration at this scale?
