In addition, Lloyd’s former employer sues Lloyd’s company and Lloyd for stealing their trade secrets (i.e., the specification). In pretrial discussions with Lloyd’s company and their lawyers, Lloyd claims that everyone keeps documents from former employers’ jobs. He even gives examples of people in the office who have other companies’ documents on their computers and their bookshelves.
