Think about the 6Cs, discussed in Chapter 4. Bradshaw (2016) wrote a very interesting article about the hidden presence of M. Simone Roach’s model of caring, which seems to have been the ‘unwritten’

precursor to the 6Cs. Bradshaw is of the view that the origins of the 6Cs should be acknowledged (I agree), but what do you think? Which matters more, what the 6Cs are based on or whether they are understood and enacted? Why might this matter?
