b. The bank statement indicated a deposit from an instalment payment service that had not been recorded by the bookkeeper. 

c. A deposit that was recorded as being outstanding on the bank reconciliation for the previous month was processed by the bank on the first day of the current month. 

d. A customer cheque that was received by Laneuville Ltd. and deposited in the company’s bank account was returned, as the customer’s account did not have sufficient funds for the cheque to be processed. 

e. A cheque in the amount of $1,195 was erroneously recorded by Laneuville’s bookkeeper in the company’s records as $1,159. 

f. The bank statement reported bank charges of $26 for the month. Laneuville’s bookkeeper had not yet recorded these expenses. 

g. Eight cheques totalling $5,242 that had been mailed to suppliers by Laneuville during the last week of the month had not yet been processed by the bank. 

h. The cash sales for the last day of the current month were deposited in the evening after the bank had closed for the day. This deposit was not reported on the bank statement for the current month. 

i. Laneuville’s monthly insurance premiums are automatically withdrawn from the company’s account each month. The payment for the current month was withdrawn from the company’s account on the last day of the month but had not been recorded by the company’s bookkeeper. 

j. The bank erroneously deposited $2,300 to Laneuville’s account during the last week of the current month. The funds were still in the company’s account at the end of the month. 

k. Laneuville’s bookkeeper recorded a payment for utilities as a wage expense.
