The data collected for 5 representative benchmark jobs across the hierarchy of all blue collar jobs evaluated on a 5-point rating scale for four factors viz. Skill, Effort, Working Condition, and Responsibility.

Find weights to be assigned to the four factors satisfying the following broad guidelines:
(i) Grade A: Total points should be as near as possible to 600 but not in excess.
(ii) Grade M: Total points should be as near as possible to 360 but may be higher or lower.
(iii) Grade Z: Total points should be at least as near as possible to 120 but not lower.
(iv) The difference between two benchmark grades should be at least 120.
Formulate a goal programming model.
