Bought this for my course ACCT 305: Financial Statement Analysis and Corporate Valuation at a discount and felt it’s fine but not super exciting so far. The chapters I read have some decent info but it’s kinda dense and takes extra effort to get through without glazing over. Shipping was pretty fast, which was nice cuz I needed it quick. I guess it’s helpful for the basics but I’m still not totally sold on how clear everything is explained. Might pull more out later though, just feels average currently.

This book is absolutely essential for anyone looking to get a deep understanding of financial statement analysis. The examples provided are extensive and really help in applying the theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. I particularly appreciated the chapter on valuation which breaks down complex ideas into digestible parts. The book arrived quickly and was well-packaged, which is always a plus. It is an excellent resource, and I highly recommend it for both students and professionals. I also got an extra discount using my subscription, which made it even better!

Comprehensive and well-organized with a good balance of theory and practical application. A must-have for gaining insights into financial valuation. Only wish it had a bit more on case studies.
