Glen Murphy was not happy to be chastised by his daughter. He decided to conduct an intensive search of Murphy Brothers' records. Upon implementing an investigation, he was excited to discover sales data for the past four years, 1992 through 1995, as shown in Table 3-9. He was surprised to find out that Julie did not share his enthusiasm. She knew that acquiring actual sales data for the past 4 years was a positive occurrence.
