Recently, the role of managers has changed and today more are being called to be career “coaches” for their employees. What suggestions would you give to managers about what the new role involves? What is they say they don’t have time to be a career coach? How would you convince them that this role is critical today for retaining today’s workers, especially Gen Y workers?
