2. Career Activity: Form into groups of four or six then further divide into teams of two. Each person should prepare a resume (perhaps the one from Activity #1)

or list of education, work experiences, and desired job or career. Exchange lists/resumes and plan three standard and three behavioral questions that relate to the personal information received. Either face-to-face, by telephone, or in front of a larger group, each group member will interview the other. (If a speakerphone is available, have each team member separated by a wall of some sort conducting interviews by phone with the conversation available on speakerphone for an audience.) If possible, videotape the interviews for later viewing. If there is an audience, share a strength and weakness of each person as interviewer and interviewee.

If not, each team should comment on the strengths and weaknesses they saw in each other and in themselves.
