1. Read the complaint letter shown in Figure 6-12 and note that the seminar participant requests a full refund for a seminar because the room temperature was not to his liking and because he did not receive a vegetarian meal at lunch. Note also that the participant stayed the entire day and felt that the seminar leader had imparted some useful information.
2. Open the file Practice_06.docx located in the Project.06 folder included with your Data Files and then, to avoid altering the original file, save the document as Greenock Communications Reply to Complaint Letter.
3. Note the directions in each paragraph and then replace the placeholder text with the required text. You cannot give the client a full refund; however, you can offer him a 10% discount off the next seminar he takes.
4. Enter your name where indicated in the complimentary closing.
5. Create an envelope for the letter, and then format the return and delivery addresses with the Calibri font and 11 pt.
6. On the envelope, change the font for the company name Greenock Communications to Impact and 14 pt.
7. Print a copy of the letter and envelope, and then save the document.
8. Create a sheet of labels using the return address; select Microsoft as the label vendor if it is not already selected, and then select the second listing for 30 Per Page in the Label Options dialog box.

9. Scroll to the bottom of the page, replace the company name in the last label with your name, save the label sheet as Greenock Communications Label Sheet, print a copy, and then close the document.
10. Close the letter document.
