You know how hard it is to get a diverse group of individuals together for a productive meeting. Maybe you’ve tried different locations, such as one member’s home, or a table at the library. This time you’re going to suggest a local coffee shop.

The committee you’re leading is a community volunteer group planning a garbage pickup project at a local park. Your meeting goal is to brainstorm ways to encourage public participation in this environmental event to be held next Earth Day.

Write a short email message telling committee members about the meeting. Include the time, date, duration, and location
