At a meeting shortly to be held by your company many visitors who are not eligible to vote have been invited. Suggest a procedure to be followed on the day of the meeting to ensure that a separate record is obtained of members and visitors present and that those voting on a show of hands are in fact members entitled to vote and not visitors.
