Miss Jones, Joe Brown, the Chairman of my kid's school's Parents' Association, rang me. He wants a Committee meeting next Tues. week. The Secretary's away. Can you do the agenda etc.?

The file's with this note. It's got minutes, circulation list etc. with it.
There are also two important letters, the ones about the swimming pool and from the Director of Education.
The meeting's usually in the school staff room at 7.30 p.m. The caretaker hasn't been contacted. The meeting's mainly to discuss the social evening, but I expect they'll also want to talk about the proposed extension.
I must remember to bring up the question of a school trip abroad -
thought we might 'twin' with a French town.
