Think of someone you have worked with extensively and who you think has high emotional intelligence. Describe at least two communication skills this person has that demonstrate each of the four EQ domains: self-awareness, self-management, empathy, and relationship management. Also, in two or three paragraphs, describe one challenging interpersonal situation this person handled effectively due to high EQ.
