Think of two situations in which you have been a customer:

one in which you have been satisfied with the merchandise you received and one in which you have not. Make a list of the reasons you were satisfied in the first case and another list of the reasons you were not satisfied in the second case. Would you say that the failure was the result of the seller not understanding your needs?
