Pay attention to attention!

First individually and then as a group, take a walk down the main street in your community. When you return home, write down what you saw, what you noticed and your refections on the observations. One A4 sheet is enough!

Compare your observations with your group members. Notice the similarities and diferences. Look for what you paid attention to, the richness of details, surprising observations, connections, comparisons, powerful conclusions, etc.

Discuss and analyse these diferences in your powers of observation.

Do they come from the reality you are observing or from the ‘observers’ eye’?
