5. Pocahontas runs Indian Trader, a novelty shop. It’s closing time, and she takes a quick look around the store to see if there are any patrons left. She doesn’t see any. In fact, however, John Smith is crouching down behind a counter, looking at the bottom shelf of a display of plastic tomahawks. Pocahontas leaves and locks up the shop, unwittingly locking Smith in the store. False imprisonment?
