11. The game of Sprouts was developed by M. S. Paterson and J. J. Conway. Draw two or more points on a piece of paper. Two players then alternate making moves according to these rules:

• Draw a line (or curve) joining two points, or one point to itself (a self-loop). The line may not pass through another point.

• Draw a new point anywhere on this new line.

• At most, three lines might emerge from any point.

The last player who can still make a move wins. Try to develop a strategy for this game.
