Conduct a general Internet search and find four or five examples of recent lawsuits brought against a hotel or restaurant. Try to narrow your search to include only lawsuits having to do with employment issues or lawsuits having to do with the establishment failing to provide reasonable care. What were the outcomes of the lawsuits that you researched? What might the business have done prior to the lawsuit that may have prevented it?
