Develop five or six performance standards for a line-level, hourly position in a typical lodging or restaurant operation. Using the BARS method, create a form with a 1 through 5 continuum (1 is poor, 5 is excellent, and so forth, and identify specific behaviors that represent poor, average, excellent, and so forth. Be prepared to share your work with the rest of the class.
