Laura Brounstein is the special projects direction for Cosmopolitan magazine. She believes that work and fun should be synonymous. In 2014, she designed the “Fun Fearless Life Weekend”. Brounstein is firmly of the opinion that employees do a much better job if they are enjoying themselves doing it. Work should be something that employees look forward to and not dread. It does appear that the most successful people derive a great deal of happiness and satisfaction from their day to day work. The fun and enjoyment gets them through the more difficult times.
