List the power resources and power symbols associated with that relationship and the powerful speech cues of the person in authority. Are there any power resources or power symbols that the stronger person has overlooked or not utilized? How might the person’s use of power affect the situation if a conflict should arise? How might the situation change if he or she shares power with you?
