In the Green Grass shipping model, we assumed that certain inputs (see the range B4:B7 in Figure 6.24) are the same for all plants or plant–customer combinations.

Change this so that the unit production cost, the monthly fixed cost, and the monthly capacity can vary by plant, and the unit shipping cost can vary by plant–customer combination. (You can make up data that vary around the values in the B4:B7 range.) Use Solver to find the new optimal solution.
