It is incumbent upon the point of service leader to create a context for:

a. Employees solidarity with the innovation requisites of the organization.

b. Creativity and innovation that reflects more horizontal and adult-to-adult relationships among all members of the service and unit.

c. Compliance with manager-defined innovation priorities for the unit or service.

d. Unilaterally-driven employee creativity and engagement of specific innovations in a way that results in high levels of employee satisfaction.
